Vara Prasad Divisional Panchayat Officer (U/S), dated:25-08-2011. -o0o- ORDER:- In the G.O 1st read above, orders were issued placing Sri. M.Vara Prasad, Divisional Panchayat Officer, Kovvuru & District Panchayt Officer (FAC), West Godavari District, under suspension from the date of detention i.e 04-07-2011 in terms of sub-rule 2(a) of rule 8 of APCS (CC&A) Rules 1991. 2. In the reference 2nd read above Sri. M.Vara Prasad, Divisional Panchayat Officer, Kovvuru & District Panchayat Officer (FAC), West Godavari .District, (under suspension) has filed representation before the Government and requested to reinstate him into service. 3. Now, therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (C) of sub-rule 5 of Rule 8 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Sri. M.Vara Prasad, Divisional Panchayat Officer, Kovvuru & District Panchayat Officer (FAC), West Godavari .District with immediate effect, without prejudice to the disciplinary/criminal case pending against him. 4. The Commissioner of Panchayat Raj &Rural Employment A.P Hyderabad is requested to reinstate Sri. M.Vara Prasad, Divisional Panchayat Officer, Kovvuru & District Panchayat Officer (FAC) (under suspension), West Godavari District into service without prejudice to the disciplinary / criminal case pending against him and furnish compliance report to the Government. He should however, be posted in a non focal post.
