Read the following:- CE,PR,Lr.No.AEE6/DEE2/CEPR/MRR Proposals/2011- 12-A, Dt.14.02.2012. ******* O R D E R :- In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, in his letter read above , Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby accord administrative sanction for the following works in Chittoor District with an estimated cost of Rs.40.00 lakh (Rupees Forty Lakh only) 1) Chittor –Vellore road to Kannikapuram, via Nariganpalle , estimated cost of Rs.30.00 lakh in Chittoor Dist., 2) Thumminda road to meet Mapakshi estimated cost of Rs.10.00 lakh in Chittoor Dist., 2. The above works are sanctioned under “Maintenance of Rural Roads (M.R.R.) Grant” 2011-12 under the following Head of Accountant as per applicability, subject to general conditions/norms stipulated by the Government from time to time:- MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings MH 04 District & Other Roads. GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads. SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads. 270 Minor works. 272 Maintenance. 3. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the UCs to Government soon after completion of the work within the stipulated time. 4.
