Bills received from Mahila Federation, dated 03 /03/2012. * ***** ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.22,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two thousand only) towards comprehensive maintenance (Scavenging & Sweeping work) of 8th Floor and part of 7th floor of Secretariat, ”L” block by Mahila Federation ,Plot No. 116/8, Ampro Colony, Saroornagar, Hyderabad for two months i.e January and February 2012 under the control of PR & RD Department.(@ RS.11,000/- per month). 2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be drawn and credited to in favour of “Lepakshi Mahila Consumer Federation”, HDFC A/c No.02182000000545, IFSC Code:HDFC0000218, MICR Code:500240007. 3. The Expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses.” 4.
