ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 7,450/- (Rupees
Seven thousand Four hundred and Fifty only) to Smt Saleemunisa Begum Office
Subordinate PR & RD Deptt., Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department
towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by her for self treatment for”
Stroke” during the period from 30-06-2011 to 01-02-2012 at Nizam’s Institute of
Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, as put patient.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “
3451- secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05 – Panchayat Raj and Rural
Development Department -010- Salaries; 017 – Medical Reimbursement.
3. The PR&RD(OP.III) Deptt., are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in Para (1)
above and credit the same to the individual bank Account.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules
and orders in force.
