2. Bills received from Deputy Secy to Govt. dt. 03-03-2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded to incurred an expenditure of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees
Two thousand only) towards the cost of the news papers and magazines supplied for
the use of Smt. J. Subhadra , Deputy Secretary to Govt, Panchayat Raj and Rural
Development Department for the months of July 2011 to February 2012 (@ Rs. 250/- per
month) as per eligibility.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be credited in favour of “Smt. J.
Subhadra , Deputy Secretary to Govt, PR & RD Dept… A/c No.52088432319, SBH,
Secretariat Br.
3 The expenditure sanctioned shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘’ 3451 -
.
Secretariat Economic Services; 090- Secretariat; 05- PR&RD Department; 130 – Office
Expenses; 132- Other Office Expenses”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the rules
and orders in force.
