Read :- 1) G.O.RT.No.1971, of PR&RD( Progs.IA) Dept., Dt.26.12.2011, 2) From the CE,PR, Lr.No.NB4/CEPR /Kri/Pamarru Const/ 2011 ,Dt.21.02.2012 ******* O R D E R :- In the reference 1st read above Govt., have accorded administrative sanction towards “certain road works in Pamarru Constituency in Krishna District with an estimated cost of Rs.100.00 lakh( Rupees Hundred lakh only) under the “Assistance to PRIs for Construction of Rural Roads Grant (SCPSC) 2011-12 under the Head as per applicability, subject to the condition that the release of funds will be considered based on progress of works and availability of funds and also the general conditions/norms stipulated by the Government from time to time:- 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad, has submitted proposal to the Government and requested to accord administrative sanction for the 9 works as mentioned in the Annexure appended to this order with an estimated cost of Rs.100.00 lakh as against the amount sanctioned in the ref.,1st read above. 3. Govt., after careful examination of the Proposal of the CE,PR, hereby authorizes the CE,PR, to utilize the amount Rs.100.00 lakh already sanctioned in the G.O.RT.No.1971, of PR&RD( Progs.IA) Dept., Dt.26.12.2011, for the works as mentioned in the Annexure appended to this order under the following Head of Account as per applicability : MJH 2515 MH 789 Special component plan for SCs GH 11 Normal State Plan SH (05) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Construction of Rural Roads. 310 Grants-in-Aid 319 Grants for creation of Capital Assets 4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the UCs to Government soon after completion of the work within the stipulated time. 5. The Superintending Engineer, PR should check and verify that the works sanctioned in this G.O. are not already sanctioned/grounded/semi finished under any other grants. Secondly the technical estimate must be verified by the concerned technical sanctioning authority before grounding the work. Any discrepancy noticed is to be brought to the notice of the Higher authority immediately, who will inform to Government for further necessary action. The above instructions are to be followed scrupulously.:2: If such works as sanctioned in this G.O. is already grounded etc., it may deemed to have been cancelled automatically and the same may be informed to Government immediately for taking further necessary action. 6.
