Note from the Addl., P.S. to Chairman, REEMAP, O/o the Vice- Chairman, REECAP & Chairman, REEMAP, AP., Secretariat, Hyd., @@@ ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued for appointment of Professor K.C. Reddy, as Vice-Chairman, REECAP [Rajiv Education & Employment Council of A.P] and Chairman, REEMAP [Rajiv Education and Employment Mission of A.P.] and Representatives / Academic Experts / Industry Experts in REECAP 10 members of the Council for providing manifold and enhanced avenues to the youth of Andhra Pradesh for accessing employment / placements both in public and private sector and thereby reducing joblessness & deprivation and accelerating economic growth and the Honorarium and other emoluments to the members shall be met from the funds of the Mission. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration [Poll.D] Department, dt.8.9.2011 orders were issued according Cabinet Ministers Status to Prof. K.C. Reddy, Vice-Chairman, REECAP [Rajiv Education & Employment Council of A.P] and Chairman, REEMAP [Rajiv Education and Employment Mission of A.P.] and provided personal staff, telephone with STD, Car, Driver, Accommodation both office and residential as per the scale. The emoluments and other details shall be worked out by PR&RD in consultation with Finance Department. 3. In the reference 3rd cited, the Addl., P.S. to Chairman, REEMAP, O/o the Vice-Chairman, REECAP & Chairman, REEMAP has stated that, Pro. K.C. Reddy Vice-Chairman, REECAP & Chairman, REEMAP have assumed the charge as Vice-Chairman, REECAP & Chairman, REEMAP on 08.09.2011 F.N. and Govt., conferred the Status of Cabinet Minister and he has requested the Government to take necessary action for finalizing emoluments and other details like traveling expenses etc., keeping in view the provisions / facilities provided to the Cabinet Ministers. He has also stated that, the Chairman, REEMAP is staying in Govt., Quarters. Hence, HRA need not be taken into consideration. 4. After careful examination of the proposal, Government is hereby decide to permit the Mission Director, REEMAP fixation of emoluments to the Vice-Chairman, REECAP [Rajiv Education & Employment Council of A.P] and Chairman, REEMAP [Rajiv Education and Employment Mission of A.P.] as per the provisions made in the A.P. Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualification Act, 1953, the following Pay & Allowances are being provided to the Hon’ble Ministers.
