From the CE, PR, Hyd, Lr.No.NB9/ RIDF XIII/ Pippaldari /ADB/ 2008, dated. .2.2012. ***** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby grant post facto Extension of Agreement Time up to 15.3.2012 without penalty, in respect of work, “Construction of Bridge on road from Adilabad to Pippaldari at Km 14/6 to Km 14/8 on Mamidiguda vagu”, in Adilabad district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF-XIII as the delay is not attributed to the contractor. 2.
