Read the following:- 1) G.O.Rt.No.208, PR&RD.(progs.II) Dept., Dt. 12-2-2004. 2) From the ENC(PR), PMGSY, Hyd, Lr.No.W28/DEE.III/ PMGSY- AP IIIA-1001/KNL, dt. 22.1.2011 & 25-11-11. <<>> O R D E R: In the reference first read above, Orders were issued according Original Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.46.50 lakh in respect of the work “Road from PBG Road to Isukapalli in Kurnool District “ under PMGSY Phase III. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord Re- Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.67.61 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs. 46.50 lakh and Revised Administrative Sanction of Rs.64.60 lakh in respect of the work “Road from PBG Road to Isukapalli in Kurnool District “ due to difference of VAT and Seigniorage charges. 3. Government after examination of the proposal, hereby accord Re- Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.67.61 lakh (Rupees Sixty seven lakh and sixty one thousand only) indicating the GOI share of Rs.64.60 lakh (Rupees Sixty four lakh and sixty thousand only) and State Share of Rs.3.01 lakh (Rupees Three lakh and one thousand only) as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.46.50 lakh and Revised Administrative Sanction of Rs.64.60 lakh (Rupees Sixty four lakh and sixty thousand only) in respect of the work “Road from PBG Road to Isukapalli in Kurnool District “ under PMGSY Phase III due to the difference of VAT and Seigniorage charges has to be borne by the State Government as State share as per the PMGSY guidelines. The amount chargeable is as follows: OAS cost of above work : Rs. 46.50 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Ph. III : Rs. 64.50 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. Share : Rs. 3.01 lakh Total Re-RAS required ( a+b) : Rs. 67.61 lakh p.t.o.::2:: 4. The ENC (PR), PMGSY, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 5.
