Minutes of the meeting held on 6-2-2012 on the review of suspension. *** ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, the CEO, ZP, Chittoor, has suspended Sri P.Krupakar, Junior Assistant, O/o. the MPDO, V.Kota, Chittoor district from service for having trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau on 30-01-2010 pending conclusion of disciplinary proceedings. 2. In the reference 8th read above, Govt. have reviewed the suspension of the individual in terms of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.86, G.A. (Ser.C) Department, dated 8-3-1994 read with G.O.Ms.No.526, G.A. (Ser.C) Department, dated 19-8-2008 and decided to reinstate him into service pending conclusion of criminal/disciplinary proceedings, as he has completed 2 years period of suspension. 3. Accordingly, Govt. hereby directs to reinstate Sri P.Krupakar, Junior Assistant, O/o. the MPDO, V.Kota, Chittoor district into service with immediate effect pending conclusion of criminal/disciplinary proceedings against him and post him to a far off non-focal post. 4. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chittoor shall take action accordingly.
