State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Civil Supplies Bhavan, Lr.No.APSCSCL/ PB/February 2012, Dated: 03-03-2012. -0- ORDER:- Sanction is hereby accord for incurring an expenditure of Rs.86,933/- (Rupees Eighty six thousand nine hundred and thirty three only) towards the cost of the Petrol/Diesel and other lubricants supplied for the vehicles of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the month of February 2012 by A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Service Station, Secretariat Petrol Bunk, Hyderabad. The following vehicles of this department being used by senior officers consumed excesses petrol than the ceiling limit of 200 ltrs for this month for which relaxation is accorded. Petrol AP 9 BQ 0983 (40 Ltrs) AP 9 BJ 2583 (20 Ltrs) 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of account “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services - 090 – Secretariat – 05 – Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department – 240 – Petrol, Oil and Lubricants.” 3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is requested to credit the amount in favour of the District Manager, A.P.
