Department, Dated: &&& O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) to the following staff members of P.R & R.D. Department, Secretariat @ Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to each towards Educational Advance for the financial year 2011-12 from the available funds allocated vide reference 2nd read above. The applicants shown in the Annexure to this order have satisfied the conditions for sanction of Educational Advance. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “7610- Loans to Government Servants - MH – 800 – Other Advances - SH 10 – Advances for Non- Gazetted Officers for Education of their children and other miscellaneous purposes - 001 - Advances for Non-Gazetted Officers for Educational of their children and other miscellaneous purposes”. 4. The Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (OP-III) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individuals. They are also requested to watch full recovery of the advance sanctioned in para (1) above from the individuals.
