Read the following:- CE,PR,Lr.No.AEE8/DEE2/CEPR/MRR Proposals/2011- 12-A, Dt.27.02.2012. ******* O R D E R :- In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, in the reference read above , Government after careful examination of the proposals, hereby accord administrative sanction for the following works in Puthalapattu Constituency, Chittoor District with an estimated cost of Rs.18.00 lakh (Rupees Eighteen Lakh only) 1) E.Chavatapalli Road to Tirumalaiah Gari Palli H/W, Irala Mandal, with an estimated cost of Rs.5.00 lakh 2) Pendli Gundlapalli Road to Chinkam Palli with an estimated cost of Rs.5.00 lakh 3) Kondepalli HW to dandumitta Road with an estimated cost of Rs.4.00 lakh 4) Linga Reddy Indlu to Muthrasi Indlu with an estimated cost of Rs.4.00 lakh 2. The above said works are sanctioned under “Maintenance of Rural Roads (M.R.R.) Grant” 2011-12 under the following Head of Account as per applicability, subject to general conditions/norms stipulated by the Government from time to time:- MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings MH 04 District & Other Roads. GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads. SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads. 270 Minor works. 272 Maintenance. 3. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit the UCs to Government soon after completion of the work within the stipulated time.
