Note From the Hon’ble M (PR&RWS) No.2027/M(PR&RWS)/2011 Dated 23.12.2011. 2. Govt. Memo.No 28714/E&R/A2/2011, dated: 03.01.2012. 3. From the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad Lr.No.348/Elec/2012, dated: 07.03.2012. ***** In the reference 1st read above, a detailed note has been submitted by Sri K. V. Satyanarayana on the reservations to Mandals and Gramapanchayats to Hon’ ble M(PR&RWS). The Hon’ble M (PR&RWS) has sent the same to the Department for examine the issues raised therein keeping in view of the provision of the Constitution of India. 2 The note has been examined carefully and observe that there are many changes suggested to the existing rules and it requires detailed study. It is therefore decided to appoint a committee to examine these issues in detail and submit a report to Government. 3. Accordingly, a Seven members Committee has been constituted with the following members to study the above note and submit their report to Government with in Seven days from the Date of order. Sri P.
