C) Department, dt.8.3.1994. 4. G.O.Ms.No.526, G.A. (Ser. C) Department, dt.19.08.2008. <<>> ORDER:- Whereas, in the ref. 1st read above, orders have been issued placing Sri K. Chidamber Rao, Extension Officer (PR&RD), Bejjanki Mandal of Karimnagar district under suspension by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, as he was trapped by the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on 14.09.2009 when he demanded and accepted bribe an amount of Rs.1,000/- from the complainant Sri B. Ramesh for doing the official favour of processing loan application and of subsidy loan processing under Rajiv Yuva Shakthi Pathakam. 2] The Government have reviewed the suspension of the individual in terms of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Ser.C) Department, dt:8.3.1994 read with G.O.Ms.No.526, General Administration (Ser.C) Department, dt:19.8.2008 and decided to reinstate him into service, without prejudice to the disciplinary/criminal case pending against him. 3] Now, therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-rule 5 of Rule 8 of the A.P Civil Services (Classifications, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Sri K. Chidamber Rao, Extension Officer (PR&RD), Bejjanki Mandal of Karimnagar district with immediate effect, without prejudice to the disciplinary/criminal case pending against him and to post him to a far off place in non-focal post. 4] The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad being the competent authority, is therefore, requested to reinstate Sri K. Chidamber Rao, Extension Officer (PR&RD) (under suspension), Bejjanki Mandal of Karimnagar district into service, without prejudice to the disciplinary/criminal cases pending against him and to post him to a far off place in non-focal post and furnish compliance report to Government, immediately.
