PR&RD) Dept, Dated:13-3-2012. >><< ORDER: In the references 1st read above, the Government of India, Ministry of Panchayat Raj have issued sanction orders releasing an amount of Rs.2782.00 Lakhs as Central Assistance towards development grant under Backward Regions Grant Fund (BRGF) to the Chittoor and Medak districts for the year 2011-12. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued BRO to the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad releasing an amount of Rs.2782.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Two Lakh only) in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders towards Central Assistance for the year 2011-12 under BRGF scheme for Chittoor and Medak Districts. 3. In pursuance of BRO issued by the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.2782.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Two Lakh only) towards Central Assistance for the year 2011-12 under BRGF scheme to the Chittoor and Medak Districts, as appended in the Annexure to this order from the B.E. The amount sanctioned in Para (3) above shall be drawn and disbursed by the Commissioner, PR & RE, Hyderabad to the Chief Executive Officers, Zilla Praja Parishads concerned. After adjustment of the amount to the CEOs of ZPP’s of Chittoor and Medak Districts, the CEOs concerned shall transfer the same to the PRIs as per their share i.e, Gram Panchayats, Mandal Praja Parishads and Zilla Praja Parishads so as to enable them to take-up the works / schemes / projects included in the Action Plan 2011-12 under BRGF Programme. No deviation / diversion of funds from the approved plans is permitted and the amounts are to be utilized strictly as per instructions / Guidelines of the GOI. 5. The Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad is also requested to obtain U.Cs and Audit Certificates from the CEO., Zilla Praja Parishads concerned and submit the same to the Government for onward transmission to Government of India, as per the Guidelines. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Dept., in the reference 2nd read above.
