Read:- From the CPR&RE., Hyd., Lr.No. 11866/CPR&RE/K1/2011, Dt:- 16-12-2011. -o0o- O R D E R:- Under the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby, sanction 75% of normal eligible pension as provisional pension under Rule 52(1) of APRP Rules, 1980 to Sri M.P.Balakoteswara Rao, Extension Officer (PR&RD) (Retd.,), Srikakulam District from the date of his retirement to the date on which final orders will be passed by the competent authority on conclusion of the departmental or judicial proceedings pending against him. 2. The Commissioner Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 3. The pension proposals (3) sets and Service Register one bound are returned and the receipt of the same shall be acknowledged.
