Sanction is hereby accorded for the work” providing BT to the Road
from Rajampet-Vathalur R&B Road to Mekavaripalli of Rajampet Mandal “YSR
Dist.,with an estimated cost of Rs.26.00 lakh (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh only)
under “Assistance to Panchayat Raj Institutions for construction of Rural
Roads (PLAIN) 2011-12” under the following PLAN Head as per applicability:-
MJH 2515
MH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads.
GH 11 Normal State Plan
SH (22) Assistance to Panchayat Raj
Institutions for Construction of Rural Roads.
310 Grants-in-Aid
319 Grants for Creation of Capital Assets
2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad is informed that release
of funds will be subject to progress of works and availability of resources,
hence, he is requested to send exclusive proposals for the release of funds
under appropriate Head of account as per applicability for the works under
reference as per requirement.
3. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter accordingly and submit the UCs to Government soon
after completion of the work within the stipulated time.
4. The Superintending Engineer, PR should check and verify that the
works sanctioned in this G.O. are not already sanctioned/grounded/semi
finished under any other grants. Secondly the technical estimate must be
verified by the concerned technical sanctioning authority before grounding
the work. Any discrepancy noticed is to be brought to the notice of the
Higher authority immediately, who will inform to Government for further
necessary action. The above instructions are to be followed scrupulously.
If such works as sanctioned in this G.O. is already grounded etc., it may
deemed to have been cancelled automatically and the same may be informed
to Government immediately for taking further necessary action.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Fin.(Ex
pr.PR&RD) Deptt., vide their U.O.No.1588/44/12, Expr.PR&RD, Dt.24.02.12.
