From the Engineer-in-Chief, PR, Hyderabad, Lr.No.G- 3/344/2003, dated:24.11.2011. -o0o- ORDER: In the GO 1st read above, Govt. have accorded permission to Smt. K. Vijayakumari, Deputy Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj of Zone-IV to accept/undertake employment abroad i.e. INTEGRATED INFORMATION SERVICES INC, (IIS) at, USA., as Software Consultant for a period of 4 years and 11 months from the date of her relief, subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the G.O.Ms.No.214, Finance & Planning (FW) Department, Dated:03.09.1996. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad has stated that Smt K. Vijayakumari, Executive Engineer, PRI, Markapur has stated that Government vide G.O.Rt.No.999, PR & RD (E.III) Department dated:08.07.2009 have accorded permission to her to undertake employment abroad for a period of (4) years and (11) months. As per the above orders, she was relieved on 23.7.2009 and later reported back to duty on 19.02.2010. Now, she got employment opportunity from Integrated Information Services Inc., 2100 W Big Beawer Sult 101, Troy, MI 48084 and she wants utilize this offer and employment abroad and requested for permission to take up employment and sanction Extra Ordinary Leave for a period of (4) years and (5) months in terms of the orders of Government issued in the G.O. 3rd read above. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission (No Objection Certificate) to Smt. K. Vijaya Kumari, Executive Engineer, PRI, Markapur, to accept / undertaking employment abroad i.e Integrated Information Services Inc., 2100 W Big Beawer Sult 101, Troy, MI 48084 for the remaining period of 4 years and (5) months in terms of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above from the date of her relief, subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the G.O.2nd read above. 4.
