From the Chief Engineer, NABARD, RWS&S, Hyderabad, Lr.No.B1(1)/386/2011, Dt.21.01.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.806, Finance (WA.I) Department, Dated:07-03-2012. >><< ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Chief Engineer, NABARD, Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Department, Hyderabad has submitted that an amount of Rs.5000.00 lakhs has provided in Budget Estimates under NABARD in the current financial year i.e., 2011-12. As against total Budget provision an amount of Rs.5000.00 lakhs has already been released duly relaxing the quarterly regulation orders and instructed to clear off the pending bills. The released amounts have already been utilized for the pending bills and no balance amount is available. Further he has submitted that in the Watersoft some of the voucher postings have to be posted and that was not done by the Executive Engineers though the required amounts released by his office to the respective bills. However, necessary strict instructions were issued to the Executive Engineers during the review meetings. Hence these bills are not taken into account for requirement of grant and requested the Government to release the same. 2. In reference 2nd read above, the Finance (WA.I) Department have issued a B.R.O to the Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.3857.00 lakh (Rupees thirty eight crores and fifty seven lakhs only) as additional amount over and above the B.E. provision 2011-12 to clear the pending bills pending adjustment within overall grant of P.R Department in relaxation of Treasury Control orders. 3.
