Proc.No.7707/CPR&RE/A3/92, dt.12.10.1993 of CPR&RE., Hyderabad. 4. Govt. Memo.No.30928/VS.II/1/2002-3, dated.27.6.2003. 5. From the CPR&RE, Hyd., Lr.No.7707/CPR&RE/VS.3/92, dated:6.1.2005. 6. Review petition filed by Ratnaiah against the punishment awarded by the Govt. dt.15.11.2007. 7. From CPR&RE, Hyd. Lr.No.7707/CPR&RE/A2/1992, dt.29.5.2009. 8. From the CPR&RE, Hyd., Lr.No.7707/CPR&RE/A2/1992, dated.24.8.2010. *** ORDER: Whereas in the reference 1st read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Nizamabad. has submitted a report and informed that the District Collector, Nizamabad in his procd. dated.16.4.1992 has placed Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO, Mandal Parishad, Dharpally, Nizamabad District under suspension pending enquiry on the allegations of financial irregularities committed by him in execution of JRY CI wells. 2. Whereas in the reference 2nd read above, the District Collector, Nizambad has appointed the Joint Collector as Enquiry Officer to enquire into the matter. The Joint Collector, Nizamabad who was appointed as Enquiry Officer has framed the Article of Charges against Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO vide his Lr.No.A3/8256/90-1, dt.26.12.1992. The E.O. after conducting regular enquiry has submitted his report on 9.5.1993 holding that charges 1 to 6 have been proved and charge No.7 is partly proved against A.O. 3. Whereas in the reference 4th read above, the Enquiry report was communicated to Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO, Mandal Parishad, Dharpally for his representation. 4. Whereas in the reference 7th read above, the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad has stated that Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO was expired on 30.07.2008 and has drawn provisional pension till his death. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad and the report of the Enquiry Officer on the charges framed against Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, MPDO (Expired) which are proved, since the individual has expired, it is decided to abate further action against Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO, Mandal Parishad, Dharpally, Nizamabad District duly Recovering the total amount equivalent to 10% cut in pension permanently from the retirement gratuity in terms of G.O.Ms.No.995, Fin., (Pen.I) Deptt., dated.21.12.2002 and also enforcing R.R. Act, 6. Accordingly, Government hereby order to abate further action against Sri U.G.Ratnaiah, formerly MPDO (Expired), Mandal Parishad, Dharpally, Nizamabad District duly recovering the total amount equivalent to 10% cut in pension permanently from the retirement gratuity in terms of G.O.Ms.No.995, Fin., (Pen.I) Deptt., dated.21.12.2002 and also enforcing R.R. Act. 7. The Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, is requested to take further action accordingly.
