19.12.2011 addressed to the Prl.Secy to Govt., along with enclosures.
2. From the Comr., PR.&RE., Lr.No.14866/CPR&RE/C1/2011,
dt.24.01.2012.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &
Rural Employment in his letter 2nd read above, Government hereby order to
treat the period from 06.07.2011 to 14.08.2011 (40 days) as compulsory wait in
respect of G.Anjaneyulu, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad., Warangal
under Rule 13 of F.R. 9 to enable him to draw the salary of the individual for the
above period.
2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad is
requested to take necessary action and to make necessary entries in the Service
Register of the individual in this regard.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (F.R.I)
Department vide their U.O.No.5259/133/F.R.I/2012, dated 07.03.2012.
