From the Spl.Officer and ENC, (RWS&S) Hyderabad, letter No.B1(1)/499/2011, Dt.29.12.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.700, Finance (Expr.PR&RD)Department, dated: 29.02.2012. ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the Special Officer and ENC, RWS&S, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.1213.90 lakhs (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirteen lakhs and Ninty Thousand Only) towards the project “Integration of Drinking Water System with Godavari Lift Irrigation Project (Devadula) Phase-I Warangal District” which was sanctioned under State Plan with an estimated cost of Rs.125.00 Crores is being executed by M/s.Mega Engineer and Infrastructures Ltd., Hyderabad. The work is in good progress and so far an amount of Rs.7298.46 lakh has been incurred as expenditure on the project and the value of work done to be paid is to a tune of Rs.1213.90 lakh (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirteen lakhs and Ninty Thousand Only) and requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.1213.90 lakh (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirteen lakhs and Ninty Thousands Only) towards the above project under the head “4215-01-102-11-SH(29)-530/531, 4215-01-789-11-SH(29)-530/531, 4215-01- 796-11-SH(29)-530/531 in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders and Treasury Control Orders, so as to enable to complete the project as per schedule. 2. In reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr.PR&RD) Department have issued a B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.1213.90 lakhs (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirteen lakhs and Ninty Thousand Only) as Addl. Funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly regulation of orders, subject to obtaining supplementary estimates at the appropriate time during the Year 2011-12 towards the project “Integration of Drinking Water System with Godavari Lift Irrigation Project (Devadula) Phase-I, Warangal District” 3. The Government, basing on the Budget Release order issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Special Officer and Engineer-in –Chief, RWS&S, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs.1213.90 lakhs (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirteen lakhs and Ninty Thousands Only) from the B.E. 2011-12 in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly regulation of orders, towards the project “Integration of Drinking Water Supply with Godavari Lift Irrigation Project (Devadula) Phase-I in Warangal District”, under the following Heads of Account:- Provisio Total Proced S Name of Amount Amt.
