From the Spl.Officer and ENC, (RWS&S) Hyderabad, letter No.B1(1)/499/2011, Dt.29.12.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.729, Finance (Expr.PR&RD)Department, dated: 02.03.2012. ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Special Officer and ENC, RWS&S, Hyderabad, has informed that the project “Neelakantapuram Sreeramireddy Drinking Water Supply Project Ph- III, in Anantapur District”, is sanctioned under HUDCO with an Estimate Cost of Rs.17500.00 lakh and is being executed by L&T , Ltd. Hyderabad. The work is in good progress and so far an amount of Rs.12387.22 lakh has been incurred as expenditure on the project and the value of work done to be paid is to a tune of Rs.407.55 lakh (Rupees Four Crore Seven Lakhs and Fifty Five Thousand Only) and requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.407.55 lakh (Rupees Four Crore Seven Lakhs and Fifty Five Thousand Only) towards the above project in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders and Treasury Control Orders, so as to enable to complete the project without any financial hindrances. 2. In reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr.PR&RD) Department have issued a B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.407.55 lakh (Rupees Four Crore Seven Lakhs and Fifty Five Thousand Only) as Addl. Funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly regulation of orders, subject to obtaining supplementary estimates at the appropriate time during the Year 2011-12 towards the project “Neelakantapuram Sreeramireddy Drinking Water Supply Project Ph-III, in Anantapur District”, 3. The Government, basing on the Budget Release order issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Special Officer and Engineer-in –Chief, RWS&S, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs.407.55 lakh (Rupees Four Crore Seven Lakhs and Fifty Five Thousand Only) as additional funds in relaxation of Tresury Control and Quarterly regulation orders subject to obtaining supplementary estimates of the aappropriate time during the year 2011-12, towards the project “Neelakantapuram Sreeramireddy Drinking Water Supply Project Ph-III, in Anantapur District”, under the following Heads of Account:- (Rs. in lakhs) Provisio Total Balance Proced Name of Amount Amt.
