Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for the work construction of MPDO office building at Valmikipuram, Chittoor District with an estimated cost of Rs.90.00 lakh (Rupees ninety lakh only). The expenditure on this account shall be debited to 2515- other Rural Development Programmes, M.H.197-Assistance to Mandal Parishads for construction of Buildings, G.H.11- Normal State Plan, SH(07) - Assistance for Construction of Buildings, 310- Grants-in-Aid, 319- Grants for creation of Capital Assets. 3. The Funds will be released based on the progress of works. 4. The Chief Engineer (PR), Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( Expr .PR&RD ) Department vide their U.O.No.4871/99/12 Expr. PR&RD dated 19-03-2012. 6.
