Hyderabad has sent the proposals and requested the Government to issue necessary orders for Inter District Transfer of Smt. G.D.S. Kumari, Junior Assistant, Zilla Praja Parishad High School, Kandukur from Khammam District to Zilla Praja Parishad, Guntur District under Six Point Formula. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to transfer Smt.G.D.S. Kumari, Junior Assistant, Zilla Praja Parishad High School, Kandukur from Khammam District to Zilla Praja Parishad, Guntur District on spouse grounds under Section 5(2)( C) of Presidential Order in relaxation of ban on transfers issued in the G.O. 1st read above subject to condition that the individual should take last rank in the seniority next below the last regular Junior Assistant in Zilla Parishad, Guntur District on her date of reporting to duty and also forgo her seniority in the present unit i.e. Khammam District. 3. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, A.P. Hyderabad/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Khammam and Guntur Districts are directed to take necessary action accordingly. 4.
