ORDER:
Administrative Sanction is hereby accorded for providing BT Renewal to Road from
Mulug to Pathipally (via) Chinna Gunturpally (V) of Mulug (M) at an estimated cost
of Rs. 60.00 lakhs (Rupees sixty lakh only) under Maintenance of Rural Roads Grants
(MRR) under the following Head of Account for the year 2011-12
MJH 3054 Roads & Buildings
MH 04 District & Other Roads.
GH 196 Assistance to Zilla Parishads.
SH (12) Assistance to Panchayat Raj
Institutions for Maintenance of Rural Roads.
270 Minor works.
272 Maintenance.
2. Release of grants will be subject t to availability of funds and progress of work.
3. The Chief Engineer, PR shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and
submit the utilization Certificate to Government soon after completion of the works in
the stipulated time.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PR & RD) Department
vide their U.O. No.1694/41/12/Exp.PR & RD dated 24-02-2012.
