G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM-III) Department, Dt.22-06-2011. *** O R D E R: In her representation 1st read above, Smt V. Karunasri, Junior Assistant, O/o Divisional Panchayat Officer, Mulugu, Warangal District has submitted that she was appointed as Junior Assistant in the O/o District Panchayat Officer, Warangal as her father died in extremists violence. As her life was in danger with extremists, she has shifted her family to Hyderabad. She is having two small children studying at Hyderabad and her husband is frequently on tours due to his business and she has to concentrate on her children studies. Her health is also not supporting to leave away her children, mother and mother-in-law. She has therefore requested the Government to transfer to the O/o Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad. 2. The Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has reported that the cadre strength of Junior Assistant is (8). Out of which three regular Junior Assistants are working and (5) Junior Assistants posts were earmarked for filling by direct recruitment and there are no vacancies for transfer. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter considering her request hereby order for transfer of Smt V.Karunasri, Junior Assistant, O/o Divisional Panchayat Officer, Mulugu, Warangal District to O/o Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad in one of the direct recruitment vacancies in relaxation of relevant rules. 4. The individual is not eligible for TTA/DA & Joining time as the transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner, PR & RE, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.6.
