From the CPR, Hyd Lr.No.14910/CPR/2012, dt.17.2.2012. *** O R D E R : In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad has requested the Government to appoint Smt M.Shobha Swaroopa Rani, District Panchayat Officer, Kurnool District to the Special Grade Post Scale in the cadre of DPO. 2. Smt M.Shobha Swaroopa Rani, DPO, Kurnool District who was admitted to duty as DPO on A.N. of 21.5.2003 has completed 6 years of continuous service as on 21.5.2009 AN and drawn (6) Annual Grade Increments as on that date. She has not availed any E.O.L. during the said period. 3. In terms of the orders issued in the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above, Government hereby appoint Smt M.Shobha Swaroopa Rani, DPO, Kurnool District to the Special Grade Post of District Panchayat Officer on completion of six (6) years of service w.e.f. 01.02.2010 in the scale of pay of Rs. 20680 - 570 - 21820 - 610 - 23650 - 650 - 25600 - 700 - 27700 - 750 -29950 – 800 – 32350 – 850 – 34900 – 900 – 37600 – 970 - 40510 - 1040 - 43630 - 1110 – 46960 and the pay of individual is fixed at Rs.23040/- w.e.f. 01.02.2010 under FR 22 (a) (i) read with FR 31 (2) in the category of District Panchayat Officer (Special Grade) in the scale of pay of Rs.20680-46960. The arrears of pay fixation under new scheme from 01.02.2010 to 31.5.2011 shall be credited to the GPF Account of the employee. 4. The individual is informed that if any excess amount is paid to her due to erroneous fixation of pay the same will be recovered from her in one lump sum without prior notice. 5.
