ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, permission was accorded to Mahila Federation
(Government of A.P. Society R.C. No. 858) Plot No. 116/8, Ampro colony, Saroornagar,
Hyderabad, for Scavenging and Sweeping work of 7th & 8th Floors of L Block under the
control of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department from 1-3-11 to 29-02-2012
and the contract period was expired on 29-2-2012 A.N.
2. The General Administration Department has informed that they have proposed to under
take the maintenance of the house keeping of all the blocks in Secretariat. and
necessary orders in this regard will be issued soon.
3. In view of the above and after examining the matter hereby extend the contract period to
the existing agency @ Rs 11,000/- ( Rupees Eleven thousand only ) per month from
1-3-2012 to till the issue of the orders of the GAD to entrust the Sweeping and scavenging
work of L block to a contractor by them . The terms and conditions are laid down in the G.O
Ist read above.
4. The expenditure on the above shall be debited to“3451- Secretariat Economics Services;
090- Secretariat; (05)- PR&RD Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office
Expenses”.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
