From the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad, Lr.No.2076/CPR&RE/N2/2011, dated 28.03.2011. *** O R D E R: Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad in the reference read above, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.81,281/-(Rupees eighty one thousand two hundred and eighty one only) to Sri Syed Shafi, Junior Assistant, now working in Kanuparthipadu Gram Panchayat, SPSR Nellore District for treatment of his son for “PRETERM (30-32 WEEKS)/ VLBW/MALE/SHOCK/RDS/VENTILATION ASSOCIATED PNEUMONIA/NEONATAL HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA/FEED ESTABLISHMENT” in un-recognized hospital i.e., Kanchi Kamakoti Childs Trust Hospital, Chennai during the period from 05.05.2010 to 26.05.2010 in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972 and also orders issued in the G.O., first read above.. 2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly. The original bills returned herewith shall be acknowledged. 3.
