ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr.PR&RD) Dept.,
have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.22.30 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Two
Lakhs and Thirty Thousand only) in relaxation of Treasury Control and
Quarterly Regulation Orders by obtaining supplementary grants during the
year 2011-2012 towards meeting the expenditure on providing pre & post
sanitation facilities to Sammakka and Saralamma Jathara at Medharam from
08.02.2012 to 11.02.2012 under the plan scheme.
2. In pursuance of the BRO issued by the Finance (Expr.PR&RD) Dept., in
the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative
sanction to the Engineer-in-Chief (RWS&S), A.P., Hyderabad for an amount
of Rs.22.30 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs and Thirty Thousand only) in
relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders by obtaining
Supplementary grants during the year 2011-12 towards meeting the
expenditure on providing Pre & Post sanitation facilities to Sri Sammakka and
Saralamma Jathara at Medharam from 08.02.2012 to 11.02.2012 under Plan
Head of Account.

0 30 03. The Engineer-in-Chief (RWS&S), A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary
further action in consultation with the Director of Treasuries & Accounts to
draw the above amount and ensure that the amounts are utilized for the
purpose for which it was sanctioned. Any deviation in utilizing the funds will
be viewed seriously.
4. The Engineer-in-Chief (RWS&S), A.P., Hyderabad and the Director of
Works Accounts, Hyderabad are requested to regulate the expenditure to the
extent of amount authorized above in relaxation of Treasury Control orders
by way of obtaining Supplementary grants during the year 2011-2012.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PR&RD)
Dept., in view of the BRO issued in the reference read above.
