commuted to full pay for (26) days on medical grounds from 12.08.2011 to
06.09.2011 and Treating the period from 7.9.2011 to 15.11.2011 i.e (70)

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Special Officer, O/o the
Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S, in his letter 2nd read above, Government hereby
accord sanction of Half Pay leave commuted to full pay on medical grounds
with effect from 12.08.2011 to 06.09.2011 (26) days (i.e 52 days Half pay
leave commuted to 26 days) to Sri B. Sampada Rao, In-charge
Superintending Engineer, RWS&S, Vijayawada, under rule 13 (b) and rule
15 – B of A.P. Leave Rules, 1933.
2. Further, in view of the Orders issued in the reference 1st read above,
Government hereby order to treat the period of delay for issue of postings to
Sri B. Sampada Rao, In-charge Superintending Engineer, RWS&S,
Vijayawada with effect from 7.9.2011 to 15.11.2011 i.e (70) days as
compulsory wait and treat the same as on duty .
4. Necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the
individual. The individual is having (85) days Half pay leave at his credit
after availing the above leave.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide
Uo.No.4952/127/FR-I/12 dated 6.3.2012
6. The Special Officer, Office of the Engineer-in-Chief (RWS&S)
Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
