ORDER:
In terms of the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above,
and as per the circumstances explained in the reference 2nd read above, Sri
R.M.R. Dayal, In-charge Superintending Engineer, RWS&S, Ongole is hereby
permitted to surrender Earned Leave for (15) days with effect from
10.02.2012 during the Financial Year 2011-12 and to receive cash value
equivalent to the leave salary.
2. Certified that the surrender of Earned Leave permitted for the
financial year 2011-2012 has not been sanctioned and availed by the
Government servant earlier.
3. The individual is having (285) days of Earned Leave at his credit,
after availing the above leave. Necessary entries have been made in the
Service Register of the individual.
