ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat
Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read
above, Government hereby ordered to repatriate Sri Ravi Kumar,
Attender, Office of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Gangavaram Mandal,
Chittoor District working as Panchayat Secretary in Chamaneru Gram
Panchayat, Peddapanjani Mandal and Sri S. Suresh Babu, Junior
Assistant, Office of the Mandal Revenue Officer, working as Panchayat
Secretary, Nidigunta Gram Panchayat, Peddapanjani Mandal, Chittoor
District to their parent department i.e Revenue Department on health
grounds.
2. The District Collector (PW), Chittoor shall take necessary action
accordingly.
