Public Services – A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services
Department –Sanction of additional charge allowances for the period from
19-09-2008 to 18-12-2008 and 31-08-2007 to 30-11-2007 @ 1/10th of Pay
and allowances to Sri S. Nagendra Naik, Leading Fireman, Madakasira
and Sri C. Venkata Sivaiah, Leading Fireman, Puttaparthi, Anantapur
District respectively who are holding additional charge of post of Station
Fire Officer – Ratified - Orders - Issued.

O R D E R:
The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad, in the references 1st and 3rd read above, has stated
that Sri S. Nagendra Naik, Leading Fireman, Madakasira and Sri C.
Venkata Shivaiah, Leading Fireman, Puttaparthi Ananthapur District has
been kept Full Additional Charge of post of SFO, Madakasira and SFO,
Puttaparthi respectively, vide Memo No.1043/A2/2008, dated 02-07-2008,
and the incumbents were sanctioned additional pay for the period from
19-9-2008 to 18-12-2008 and 31-8-2007 to 30-11-2007 respectively at the
rate of 1/5th of their substantive pay plus usual allowances.
2. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad, has also stated that above individuals have been
kept on FAC beyond three months and requested to ratify his action in
having continued the incumbent to hold full additional charge of the post of
SFO, Madakasira and SFO, Puttaparthi respectively, beyond three months
and accorded sanction additional charge allowance to them @ 1/10th of
Pay and allowances as detailed below:-

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter in terms of
FR-49, hereby ratify the action of Director General, A.P. State Disaster
Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, in having continued
Sri S. Nagendra Naik, Leading Fireman, Madakasira and Sri C. Venkata
Shivaiah, Leading Fireman, Puttaparthi, Ananthapur District who have
been kept Full Additional Charge of post of SFO, Madakasira and SFO,
Puttaparthi from 19-9-2008 to 18-12-2008 and 31-8-2007 to 30-11-2007
respectively and also accord sanction for payment of additional charge
allowance @ 1/10th of their pay and allowances for the above period.
4. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire
Services, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter.
