I) Department, dated 11-12-2007 * * * * * * * * O R D E R : After careful examination and keeping in view the conditions laid by the Finance Department, the Government hereby accord permission to Hire TATA Indica DLS V2 BS III Vehicle bearing No. AP09 TVA 2515 from Smt Kavitha Nukam, Proprietor, H.No. 8-2-460/56, Sukdhev Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, on monthly rent of Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) including Diesel, Oil, Driver Batta and maintenance charges etc., with a coverage of 2500 Kilometers per month on the following terms and conditions for a further period of 12 Months with effect from 01-02-2012 to 31-01-2013 1. Minimum Hire Charge per month for 2500 Kilometers is Rs. 18,000/-. 2. The Vehicle shall be insured and covered by all taxes payable to the Government 3. The Vehicle should be in good road worthy condition to run 2500 Kilometers per month. 4. In case the Vehicle breaks down any where on duty, the Owner shall provide immediately a suitable Vehicle at his own cost. 5. The Hire charges at Rs. 18,000/- per month fixed for covering 2500 Kilometers in a month with maintenance of Diesel, Oil, Driver Batta and Salary. 6. The Vehicle should be available always whenever officers called for. 7. The Owner of the Hire Vehicle should produce the Pollution Control Certificate for Every Six Months to Hire Car. 8. The Owner of Hire Vehicle should produce the valid documents like permit, fitness certificate, Insurance tax etc., for plying 9. The Owner of the Hire Vehicle should also produce the professional Driving License with Badge of the Driver proposed to be engaged. The Owner of the Vehicle should see that the driver should report to the Home (OP-II) Department daily and he should be available in the department. If the Owner of the Vehicle fail in his duties or found to be irregular in maintaining the timings or any inconvenience to Government is caused, their services will be discontinued without any notice.
