HOME (SERVICES-I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 576 Dated: 03-04-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.1973, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 12.11.2010. 2. G.O.Rt.No.221, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 16.2.2012. 3. From the General Administration (COI.R) Department, U.O.Note No.89/COI-R/2012, dated 24.3.2012. o-o-o ORDER: In the G.O. 2nd read above, Sri Jitender, IPS, COI, was appointed as Inquiring Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, COI, to inquire into the charges framed against Sri D.B.Subba Rao, formerly Commandant, 4th Bn., APSP, Warangal (now retired), and Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate continued as Presenting Officer in this case. 2. The General Administration (COI-R) Department, in the reference 3rd read above, has informed that consequent on appointment of three Inquiry Officers, it has been decided to re-assign the case of Sri D.B.Subba Rao, formerly Commandant, 4th Bn., APSP, Warangal (now retired), from Sri Jitender, IPS, COI to Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retd) (COI-KSR), and requested the Department to issue orders re-assigning the said case to Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retd) (COI-KSR). 3. Accordingly, Government hereby appoint Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retd) (COI- KSR), as Inquiring Authority in place of Sri Jitender, IPS, COI, in terms of sub-rule-2 read with sub-rule (5)(b) of Rule-20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, and Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate, shall continue to be the Presenting Officer in this case. 4. Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retd) (COI-KSR) is requested to conduct the oral enquiry as per rule-20 of A.P.C.S. (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and complete the enquiry within two months and submit his report to Government. 5. The General Administration (COI.J) Department is requested to take further necessary action to transfer the connected records and material pertaining to the above said enquiry to Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retd) (COI-KSR), and the Inquiry Authority in the case, immediately.
