Saraswathi, P.S. to Secretary to Government, Irrigation & CAD (PW) Dept., in her application fifth read above, has stated that she is retiring from service on 31.01.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation and requested to sanction encashment of 290 days Earned Leave + 10 days of Half Pay Leave at her credit as on 31.01.2012 A.N. 2. In terms of the orders issued in the G.O’s first to fourth read above, Smt. R.Saraswathi, P.S. to Secretary to Government, who is retiring from Government service, on attaining the age of superannuation, on 31.01.2012 AN, is permitted to surrender 290 days of Earned Leave and 10 days of Half Pay Leave at her credit as on the date of her retirement and to receive pay and allowances in lieu thereof as admissible according to rules or orders in force. 3. Certified that necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the above individual. 4. The Irrigation & CAD (OP: Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para two above to the officer. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance (FR) Department as per the rules or orders on the subject.
