Accordingly in terms of the orders issued in G.Os 1st and 2nd read above, sanction is accorded for the refund of an amount of Rs. 12,690/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety only) in lumpsum being the amount contributed by Smt R. Saraswathi, P.S. to Secretary to Government, Irrigation & CAD Department towards A.P. State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme (i.e. Rs. 720/- principal + Rs. 11,970/- interest) as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. Certified that she has not availed any E.O.L. during the period she contributed to F.B.F. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account : “8011 - Insurance and Pension Funds MH 106 – FBF Govt. Employees SH (01) Family Benefit Fund 001 - FBF Principal 003 - Interest 4. The Irrigation & CAD (OP :Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para-2 above and disburse it to the individual mentioned at para-2 above. Necessary entry is made in the Service Register of the individual. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance (FR) Department as per the rules or orders on the subject K.S.P.V.
