Accordingly in terms of the orders issued in G.Os. 1st to 5th read above, sanction is accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 32,810/- - (Rupees Thirty Two thousand Eight hundred and Ten only) in lump sum being the amount contributed under A.P. State Employees Group Insurance Scheme (i.e.Rs10,722/- Savings fund + Rs. 22,088/- interest ) to Smt R. Saraswathi, P.S. to Secretary to Government, Irrigation & CAD (PW) Department for the period from 1-11-1984 to 31.01.2012, as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. Certified that she has not availed any EOL during the period for which amount is claimed. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account. “8011 - Insurance and Pension Funds 107 – State Govt.
