Hyderabad Ref.No.SRP2/243/2011, dt.24.08.2011. ** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Special Collector (LA), SRSP, SSP, JCRGLIP, Hyderabad, in his letter first read above and the report of the Special Chief Secretary to Government and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad thereon in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1,41,733/- (Rupees One lakh Forty one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three only) towards decretal charges to be deposited in the respective court to the credit of O.P.No.50/1990 pertaining to Pidicilla Village, Mogullapalli Mandal, Warangal District to the lands acquired to an extent of Acs.3.02 ½ gts for excavation of R1 of R4 of 13R of DBM-16 at KM 0.000 to 0.950 in the limits of Pidicilla Village, Mogullapalli Mandal Warangal District vide Award No.2/1989-90, dated 03.08.1989, subject to verification whether the reference under section 18 (1) of the L.A. act is made to the Lower Court after following all the guidelines/directions on the subject and in case, it is detected that sec.18 reference was made contrary to the rules/guidelines issued by the Govt./Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad immediate action should be taken to recover the loss sustained by the Government from the staff concerned and filing of restitution petition and also subject to confirmation of the Chief Engineer concerned, as to the extent of land acquired. Further, the Special Collector should verify the calculations made by the Land Acquisition Special the Officer once again thoroughly with reference to the decree and instructions issued by the Government/Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on the subject from time to time duly deducting Income Tax as per rules before depositing the above sanctioned decretal amount in the Lower Court. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debitable to the detailed Head of Account under “2700 - Capital Out Lay– Major & Medium Irrigation - 01–Major Irrigation – MH.116 – Sriramasagar Project Stage-1 –GH.11 – Normal State Plan – Schemes included in the Plan - SH (27) Canals and Distributories – 530 Major Works -532 lands (Charged)”. 3.
