O. 45 (E), dated the 9th January, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th January, 2012, appointed the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Patiala House Court, New Delhi as Additional Judge to the National Investigation Agency Special court i.e. the District Judge-IV-cum- Additional Sessions Judge in-charge, New Delhi Police District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi for conducting the business under sub-section (9) of section 11 of the said Act; And whereas, Shri Bharat Parashar, who was appointed as the Additional Judge to the National Investigation Agency Special Court for conducting the business under sub-section (9) of the section 11 of the said Act vide notification S. O. 1564 (E), dated the 19th June, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated 19th June, 2014, has been transferred; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) and (9) of section 11 of the said Act and in supersession of the notification number No. S. K. Bhatt, Principal Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, who was appointed as the Judge to preside over the said Special Court vide notification number S. O. 1075 (E), dated 11th April, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th April, 2014, has retired from service on the 30th September, 2014 after attaining the age of superannuation; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the said Act and in supersession of the notification number S. O. 1075 (E), dated 11th April, 2014, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Gujarat, hereby appoints Shri P.
