O. 3272 (E), dated 28th October, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th October, 2013 has been transferred. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the said Act and in supersession of the notification number 3272 (E), dated 28th October, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th October, 2013, except as respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, hereby appoints Shri Rajesh Garg, Senior Most Additional Sessions Judge, Punchkula as the Judge to preside over the said Special Court.
