paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”,
and in supersession of the Notification No. Conf. 5(21)2008/Uttarakhand/29005 dated 01.03.2008 issued by the Central
Provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi, which was published in the Gazette of India, Part- III, Section - 4 on
12.04.2008, the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (EPF) hereby constitutes the Regional Committee (EPF) for the

2. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, In-Charge of Uttarakhand Region at Regional Office, Dehradun,
Uttarakhand, shall be the Secretary of the Regional Committee (EPF) for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years
commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the official Gazette. However, every
member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.
4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
