New Delhi, the 5th March, 2015
F. No. Conf. 5(14)2008/MP/19255.—In accordance with the provisions of Sub-paragraph (1) of
paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to
as “Scheme”, the Regional Committee (EPF) for the State of Madhya Pradesh was constituted by the
Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (Employees’ Provident Fund) and notified on 28.10.2014 in the
Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part III, Section 4 under Issue no. 297 (Vide Notification No. Conf.
5(14)2008/JMP/9702 dated 18.09.2014.
2. In the existing Regional Committee, (EPF) for the State of Madhya Pradesh, the Chairman,
CBT (EPF) has appointed representative of INTUC as member for employees’ representative under para
4(1)(d) in the Regional Committee EPF for the State of Madhya Pradesh.
3. Accordingly, in the said notification under the category of member for employees’
representative, the following entry shall be inserted at Sl No. 7 namely:—
