The Telecommunication Tariff (Fifty Eighth Amendment) Order, 2014, (No. 7 of 2014)
No. 312-2/2013-F&EA.— In exercise of the powers conferred upon it under sub-section (2) of Section
11, read with sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of the said section, of the Telecom Regulatory
Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India hereby makes the
following Order further to amend the Telecommunication Tariff Order, 1999, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Telecommunication Tariff (Fifty Eighth Amendment) Order, 2014.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2014.
2. In Schedule IV of the Telecommunication Tariff Order, 1999, in the Annexure, in Table-II, under column
‘Ceiling tariff for DS-3 (45 Mbps)’,—
(a) for the figure “584,000”, the figure “613,000”;
(b) for the figure “584,919”, the figure “613,704”;
(c) for the figure “690,388”, the figure “719,174”;
(d) for the figure “795,858”, the figure “824,643”;
(e) for the figure “901,327”, the figure “930,113”;
(f) for the figure “1,006,797”, the figure “1,035,582”; and
(g) for the figure “1,112,267”, the figure “1,141,052”—
shall be substituted.
