F. No. Conf. 5(17)2008/Puducherry/19271.—In accordance with the provisions of Sub-paragraph (1) of
paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”,
the Regional Committee (EPF) for the Union Territory Puducherry was reconstituted by the Chairman, Central Board of
Trustees, (Employees’ Provident Fund) and notified on 24.05.2014 in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part–III,
Section- 4 under Issue No. 165 (Vide Notification No. Conf. 5(17)/2008/Puducherry/07 dated 01.04.2014.
2. In the existing Regional Committee, (EPF) for the Union Territory of Puducherry the Chairman, CBT (EPF)
while terminating the nomination of the existing member at Sl. 4 of the notification ibid, has appointed the new member
Thiru. S. Visvesvaran, Factory Manager, M/s. Manatech Pvt. Limited. Karikalampakkam, Puducherry as member
(employer representative) under para 4(1)(c) in the Regional Committee, EPF for the Union Territory of Puducherry.
3. Accordingly, in the said notification under the category of member for employer representative under 4(1)(c)
of the EPF Scheme 1952, the following entry shall be substituted at Sl. No. 4 namely:—
