No. TAMP/6/2012-VOCPT.—This Authority had passed a Corrigendum dated 15 May 2015 in case
No.TAMP/6/2012-VOCPT relating to the proposal received from the V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust for revision of
lease rent of port lands for the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2012 and from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2017. This
Corrigendum was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 27 May 2015 vide Gazette
No.184.
2. Printing error has been observed in the Hindi Version and English Version of the said Corrigendum. The date
mentioned in the Hindi Version and English Version of the said corrigendum may be read as “Mumbai, the 21st May,
2015” instead of “Mumbai, the 18th May, 2015”.
