CORRIGENDUM

(Passed on this 17th day of September 2016)
No. TAMP/23/2013-MBPT.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 15 May, 2015 in Case
No.TAMP/23/2013-MBPT relating to amendment of the Note No.9 under Section 2.16 – port dues in the Scale of Rates
of Mumbai Port Trust (MBPT) with regard to the proposal received from MBPT. The said Order was notified in the
Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III, Section 4) on 9 June 2015 vide Gazette No. 219.
2. A printing error has been observed at page no. 4 and 5 of the English Version of the Order. Accordingly, following
Corrigendum is issued to rectify the printing errors:
(i) The Case number mentioned under the name of Tariff Authority for Major Ports at page no. 4 may be
read as “TAMP/23/2013-MBPT” instead of “TAMP/23/2032-MBPT.
(ii) The paragraph number 4.1 above the paragraph no. 5 at page no. 5 may be read as “4.2” instead of 4.1.
